What does the service cost?

 

Mission 4 Sourcing service is free, the choice is entirely yours as to whether the solutions that we provide are acceptable to you.

 

What Warranty/ Guarantee do you offer?

 

Mission 4 will provide a 30 day guarantee for form, fit and function. In the unlikely event of any problem, we will always look to provide a response/solution within 24 hours of the problem being reported to us. We would require an engineers report to present to our supplier in the event of any component failure, to ensure that we can provide a full refund.

 

How quickly can I expect a response to my request for quote?

 

We will provide a quotation to your enquiry within a 24 hour turnaround. This is due to the time differences we are faced with overseas suppliers and to ensure that we quote you the most competitive price possible.

 

The quotation will provide you with a unit cost in your chosen currency (either A$ or US$), lead time to you (normally 5-7 working days) and date code information. All pricing is GST exclusive.

 

What specific brands of components do Mission 4 specialise in?

 

Mission 4 is purely customer driven and do not have a line card as we are able to source ALL brands of board level components. We do not have any brand or geographical restrictions and we can provide stock located from overseas which is not available from your local Franchised supplier.

 

When can I contact you?

 

Mission 4 operates between the hours of 7.30am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday, or you are always welcome to contact us via email or leave a message on our answerphone.
